Used for sumti that are hard to limit the scope of outer quantifiers for and where lo'e/le'e is inappriproate. E.g. 'cange fo zi'u lo vanjba' where the scope of 'lo vanjba' needs to be self-contained. Alternative to the xorlo reform. Equivalent to 'la'e lu'e' and 'do'e ku SUMTI' with the semantics of do'e removed.
